I have a question - Basically I need to explain to the VO about many topics, like POF, date on marriage certificate etc..
So should I include the explanation letter individually along with every document that require explanation like for example along with the POF pdf after the bank statements
OR
should I write a separate letter of explanation explaining all the topics like POF, marriage certificate date etc. in one document?
I am not sure but I believe you can always ask for reasons why it got rejected and if possible, appeal if that happens.
I've been told many, many times here: "no one ever got rejected for providing too many documents" (apparently - I have 5 LOEs myself.)
Can you please share the format for LOE that specifies different sections under which info is to be provided. Mine is a very complicated case as a result will need a comprehensive LOE to ave any chances of getting through.
