I am planning to upload some section specific LOE's to clarify some important information . I need to know if :
1) A typed LOE in MS-Word which is converted to pdf and merged with uploaded documents for a particular section is enough?
OR
2) A typed LOE in MS-Word which is printed on a paper, signed (by a pen), notarized and then again scanned and converted into PDF to be uploaded with documents for a particular section shall suffice ?

A:This is fine except, i don't think you need to notarize LoEs, Its not required, since you are self attesting a document written by yourself.
Thanks in advance..

The final steps of e-APR submission are Declaration and Electronic signature. So I believe Electronic signature for your entire application serves as a valid replacement for signing all your LOEs.
