Letter of Explanation Placeholder Vanished, Urgent

Dear All, anybody faced this problem? I cannot see any placeholder for letter of explanation, even though it was there in the first place. While uploading files, I did not maintain any order, now in the middle I see its gone. Anybody know how to bring it back?

That happened to me once. Just reload the page or sign off/in.
