Letter of explanation for sponsoring dependent child

Hi,

Me and my spouse are permanent residents but due to my spouse's family health issues, she had to travel back to home country while pregnant and gave birth to my child there. I meet all the criterias to sponsor my child and I am almost done with the child's sponsorship application. Do I need to provide a letter of explanation for deciding to give birth outside Canada? I see no other reason to write the LOE.
