I would like to ask post nominated applicants if they have submitted Letter of explanation along with the nomination certificate and schedule 4 form.
Because I read some advice this should be incorporated with the Nomination certificate.
So, my question is what would be the explanation in the letter? Do you need to explain that you will settle in the proven that nominates you?

Appreciate any advice/answers!
