Hi, I'm planning on applying for my PGWP extension which expires in April, since I was given my permit for 1.5 years despite a 4 year degree because it was matched to my passport expiration and I now have a new passport. It is my understanding that I have to apply on paper, and a letter of explanation needs to be attached. Can someone please help me about the contents of the letter of explanation? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
