Hi,

I received AOR in May 2021 under BC PNP Tech Pilot Program (NOC 2174). I am waiting for the COPR. I am currently on my closed work permit. I want to apply for an open work permit beforehand as I am intending to apply for part-time jobs. I contacted the IRCC via a web form and here is the reply. They are asking me to attach an explanation letter if I want to apply for an open work permit far before my closed work permit expiry. My closed work permit expiry is December 2022. Please give some valuable suggestions to write a good explanation letter in this matter.
