I have a letter from the bank which states current balance in my savings account, average balance for last 6 months, list of balances in the term deposits. The total amount is well above the required limit. I don't have any loans or debts and neither does the letter mentions the same. (Although I have a couple of credit cards running, but I don't have any debt on those).
Now my question is will this letter be sufficient as POF or should I get my bank to write that I don't have any debts and loans?

Thats what ICICI bank gave me and until now i have not heard anything from CIC and file got transferred to NVDO, so i think you are good to go with that letter. On safer side i did attached last 6 months bank statements also.
