Letter from IRCC

Hello Folks,
Asking on behalf of friend.
My friend applied for work permit from India her application was approved, Visa was stamped on passport she was ready to travel next week . But today she received this letter from IRCC.
Please advise not sure what happened need urgent help..

Letter states

This refers to your application for a Temporary Resident Visa to visit Canada.


Please be advised that your visa has been deactivated and is not valid for travel. Adverse information has been received subsequent to the issuance of your visa, suggesting that your circumstances have changed and/or you may no longer meet the requirements for a visa.


Do not attempt to travel to Canada as you will not be permitted to board your flight or enter Canada without a valid visa. Port of Entry officials in Canada have been advised that the visa is invalid and as such, you would be denied entry to Canada if you were to attempt entry with this visa.

She obviously cannot travel and there's something that has come to the attention of IRCC that has caused the visa to be cancelled. It's hard to guess what this may be without any details provided. I would recommend that she send a case specific inquiry to ask for status and why the visa was cancelled.
