Can you please copy and past your actual mail from cic for more details? :)

'specifically i am concerned as you have not provided proof of ability to carry out employment as a retail trade supervisor nor have you provided proof that you have any experience in this job' for points not given for relatives i came to know from caipsnotes.

Cantona,
Am not sure of the details you are mentioning why your case was rejected but if you think it was an unfair rejection... immediately send a mail/communication to the visa office. They may choose to respond or not.. If you are convinced that the visa officer has erred, you have the option of challanging the decision in a canadian court. You'll have to get the details from CIC website.
I received an unfair rejection in the past and my case is now under process... so all may not be over... Please refer to my earlier posts.

All the best!

hi , does your job description as mentioned on the form/reference letter match atleast 70% of the duties listed for the NOC on the hrsdc website ?
They dont just go by title, the CIC gives more importance to duties performed.

Also, along with your aunts passport/birth certificate , did you send them your dad/mom's ( whose ever side she is related ) birth certificate as well ? the grand parents name should be same on your aunt's BC and your parent BC !
