Can somebody share the format of the letter to be obtained from RTOs (DMV) in India for exchanging a Driving License issued in India ?
My License is from Pune and the RTO guys need a sample letter !

Hi, I am from Kenya. I want to apply for an Ontario driving license and I figured from the research on getting my Kenyan driving licence exchanged for Ontario's, that I need an experience letter to support the DL. So my question; can the letter format you provided above be used for Kenyan driving licence experience as well?
I came from Bangladesh. Here in Regina they didn't ask for any letter or international driving license. They just checked my home country driving license and permitted me to drive for first 3 months here.
