Hi seniors!
My friend submitted an application to CIC sydney which was returned after 2 mnths. Objection was that he forgot to attach Background declaration form of spouse. Now what should they do? Pl give ur answers as they want to send it urgently.In the letter it is written that form is missing and resend it with the letter and its attachments.. now what does it mean? should they send in the kit now
1.letter frm CIC
2. NEW FORM or just missing form?
3. old form & its attachments?

Did they cash in your check, if no then send all the forms, this letter, copy of the passport, check and address label.
if yes, then...
actually i would send in all.

no, they returned the bank draft and the whole package of forms.

send everything as if you are apply afresh but also send in the letter that they sent you with an explanation letter.

Rupesh is right. Send everything again. Ensure to tally the check list, this time, before u courier the package.
