Having received a work permit rejection letter from CIC, i came back to India only to receive a closed work permit from CIC after 6 months of my application as they reviewed my application. I lost my job as a full time employee as my company couldn't wait any more than 2 months for me to come back. But now that i have got a closed work permit, my company is ready to hire me. But as they don't have a full time position they are offering me a part time position on the same closed work permit.
I am already nominated under the PNP program and i have already submitted a visa application 3 months back. But now my concern is whether the immigration officer in Canada would grant me an entry based on my part time job offer? I applied for visa when i was still having a full time job and now the conditions have changed. What can i do? Please advice.
P.S: The new job offer letter doesn't change my occupation, place and company. Its just a different position in a different department.
