I have applied for PR in Jan 2008 and recieved AOR on 12 Feb 2008. As i am civil engineer i had mentioned my NOC 2131 in my application. In november i got AEO with NOC mentioned 0711 which is related to NOC 2131(as per cic site). As per my experience i am my working as a project manager for the last three years.all my experience matches to the code 0711.
It should definitely speed up your processing. I don't know how long it will take but hopefully you will hear from them soon.
