Dear All,

I am a foreign trained attorney. I have 2 years experience completing articles of clerkship, 1 year practising as an attorney. Can I claim 3 years experience under NOC4112 (Lawyers..also includes articling law students)? Could I claim a "lesser" NOC, such as NOC1242 (Legal assistant) for all three years. NOC1242 is still a skilled occupation, but I don't want to seem to be misrepresenting myself.

Any information on this is appreciated.
