When I was waiting, every week the application times kept getting longer - good for you guys you have 54 days. I had 79 days until the time they were processing my application, there was a time when I saw no update on the date of applications they were processing for 2 weeks. As if they were frozen.
Are you calling CIC in Canada? If you are and you have the UCI just follow the automated prompts - it is the same as the information the CC agent will give you.
