Hi everyone! So I am applying soon for Express entry (under CEC) but I have to leave Canada and I don't have any visa to be able to come back. Should I raise a webform after I leave Canada and change my country of residence? And will they send me COPR and visa to my new country? I did upfront medical so my medical expires in June 2023. Is it possible that my PR is approved let's say in April or March and I get a COPR with only 2 months validity?

Yes, you can raise a webform once you leave to update your address.
Yes, your COPR can be issued outside of Canada and in your new country.
The validity of your COPR will be based on when your medical expires. So yes, if your PR is approved in let's say April or March, you may end up with a COPR with only two months validity. It's also possible IRCC may ask you to re-do your medical.
