Leaving Canada for Vacation

Hello,

I have applied for the citizenship in Feburary and my status is "In Process" since May 24. I am planning to leave Canada for only few days for vacation. Is that fine considering that I have submitted my application already? Also, I have received my acknowledgement of Receipt via email, does that mean they will contact me via email from now on? or should I be worried that they may send something via mail while I am out of the country?

I would like someone to advice me.

Most of the correspondence from now on will be via email. Even if they do send you something by regular mail, it is not a big deal since you will be only away for a few days anyway.

The only thing that might catch you is if they send you a fingerprint request, which is via snail mail.
