Hello there, I'm a born Canadian citizen(Sponsor). Application(Outland) received on May 15, 2019, and didn't get AOR yet. I was wondering if I can leave Canada during the application? I want to leave for 3-4 months of time.

You can leave indefinitely as you are a Canadian Citizen but do remember IRCC has the jurisdiction to ask you for proof of your intention to return if they deem it necessary.
