Apologies if it's been asked before but can someone confirm/has experience with leaving Canada for their country of origin for a few days? Thought I read somewhere that if you're an inland applicant it's considered abandoning your PR application if you leave Canada. I'm a July 2016 AOR
 
You can leave Canada while your application is being processed, be sure to have proof of legal status while coming back.
