hi, i have received the CoPR and have send the passport for stamping. I know that after landing and completing the PR formalities at the airport, it takes around a month or Two to get the PR Card in hand. Is it possible to go out of the country, say to the US during the time before I get the PR card?? Or will i not be allowed to?

You are free to travel anywhere outside Canada after landing. You'll need the PR Card to re-enter Canada after that. So either enter through land border from US in a private vehicle, or get a PRTD to re-enter through a commercial vehicle or plane.

So if I land in Canada, and then go to US after 10 days, i will be able to go right? And then i can come back using the PRTD or i can have the Canada PR card delivered to whereever I am and I can use that to reenter Canada right?

No way to predict but probably unlikely or at least guarantee you could get a PRTD on 10 day trip to the US especially given you cannot apply for one until outside Canada. So you would need to use the land border option with your COPR to return to Canada.
Initial PR cards take on average 6-8 weeks if applied for at initial landing, mostly nearer 8 weeks.
