Learner's license from BC

I have learner's license from BC and If i move to Ontario, Can i use this learners to take road test directly?
I have more than 2 years of driving experience from India and BC will take away my indian driving license original when they issue me a learners license.

Anyone did this before, Need your guidance,

Did they acknowledge your Indian experience? I mean they gave you a class 5 learners or a class 7?
