#1. If an employer already has a Live-in caregiver taking care of a child and the employer is expecting a 2nd one, will the caregiver be expected to take care of the 2nd baby as well?
#2. If an employer has a Live-in caregiver taking care of a child, and an elderly family member needing assistance/care comes to live with the employer, can the caregiver give care to the elderly member as well? Do you have to draw up a new contract? or is it even legal?
