Good day!!:D

I would like to ask about the transit visa in Seoul for travelers with a Philippine passport who have multiple visas for Canada.

I called Korean Air to ask if I need a transit visa for my layover in Incheon, Seoul, but they advised me to contact the Korean Embassy. When I reached out to the embassy, they informed me that they dont have any information on transit visas and can only issue a "regular" visa. They mentioned that transit is allowed only for travelers with a "longer visa validity for Canada." I told them I have a multiple-entry visa valid until 2029, yet they still suggested I ask the airline.

I am planning to travel to Canada and will have a stopover in Incheon, Seoul. Could anyone please confirm whether I need a transit visa for this stopover? Because i really got confused.o_O
