I got a letter from cic that my application was rejected today (November) and sent back to my lawyer in August. However, he did not inform me about that. And it was his fault that it wa rejected.
Can i still apply for the second time?
What can I do with the lawyer? Can I sue him or disqualify him if everything goes wrong?
Yes - you can apply a second time provided you can address the reason why your application was refused.
Noc 0711 cap is 24 yet. Do you think I can manage to be included in the list or not?

You should be able to make it. Remember you need your original IELTS and ECA report back from the consultant.

Thanks for the reply. The application was rejected because of the consultant's credit card issue. Do you think that is the main reason he did not inform me?

That's could be the reason, I would recommend using a DD or your own international credit card if you have one the next time around.
