Late passport submission

Hi ! I got my appearance last September 10, 2019. And I have my daughter as a dependent back home and she is included in my application. I was waiting for her request of passport submission after my appearance. I used a representative to process our application. I’m currently in Canada. My problem is the notice was sent to my consultant dated August 7 , 2019 and it went to his spam folder and it was only discovered by him yesterday (October 20, 2019- BC time, October 21, 2019- MLA time ) because we have been wondering why it took so long for my daughter’s passport request submission. Immediately he emailed the Manila office and explained the matter, and emailed all the documents to my daughter she immediately went to the Visa processing Center to submit all documents and passport the day (October 20, 2019- BC) But we were not able to make a hard copy of explanation letter was not included upon submission. I’m worried.
