can I file personal ITR for 2023 late after April I mean in October or November 2024? I don’t owe any taxes, I was employed and employer already deducted tax. The reason I want to pay late because I am outside canada and won’t be back to Canada till November 2024. Can we file taxes anytime and what about NoAs do they get processed late. I am getting married in Sept 2024 do I need NoA for spousal sponsorship?? If we file late taxes do we get NoAs in same timeline as if would’ve filed earlier?

Yes, you can file late if you dont owe any taxes. Just beware that if you have to file the T1135 (foreign assets) that cannot be filed late, or there will be severe penalties.
