I am currently enrolled in a 90-credit BComm Program and in January 2015 I will begin my last semester as an International Student in Canada. By then I will only need to take 2 classes in order to get to 90 credits. Is that possible or will I have to take a minimum of 4 even though it is my last term ? (pay for classes that I don't need)

You can be a part time student in your last semester. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2010/ob193.asp
