My passport has no sirname while it has my Given name as Jaspreet Kaur.
Cant leave the last name and first name blank so how should i go about it?Please suggest.

Profile creation, fill it all in surname, leave given name blank.
Follow this in all CIC forms and applications as the name will remain the same across formats.
In Indian PCC, use it all as shown on passport, given name in given name column etc.
