I am in process of applying for CANADA PR under CEC with a valid job offer. The concern I am having right now is like, "One of previous employer has misspelled last name on my work experience letter, but its not every where- one Payslips & relieving letter. The offer letter and experience is correct. Actually my last name is ANTONY, but on few letter its spelled as "ANTHONY". Will this be an issue with CIC? . It will difficult for me to get an updated letter from them.
NOTE: But Employee ID mentioned on all letters are same.
I hope LOE with your application should suffice. if you have chance why not correct them .. ask you employer. its not a big deal compared to getting a question from cic.

Thanks for reply. its documents more than 5 years old and I have no idea what is happening with them right now. Its mostly on payslips and salaries & its tabulation were processed by another third party company. Will it be nice idea to get explanation letter from that employer like it was mistake from their side. Will it help ? or Shall I make LOE of my own and submit? Because EMP ID referred is same everywhere, will CIC buy it? thanks for comments

I wish and hope they will buy with your LOE, but we can't assume things.. its life matter. Better get new letters, if not LOE from them .. last case .. do an LOE yourself. it should be fine.
