Last date to apply for Express Entry.

I want to know that what is the last date to create profile to apply for EE. I have just submitted my application of ECA by WES and I think it will take around 45 days to process. Someone told me that 31st December is the last date to apply in Express Entry. Is this true?

Their is no last day. EE is a continuious process and you can submit your profile anytime. The expiry for your profile will be 1year from date of creation after which you can recreate.

That probably is the answer to your query. No info on cic means its just another hoax.
