Q1. Do I have to mention hotel address as well in last 10 years stay?

Address here mean where people can contact you or send you mail. Example:
- your house address is A
- you traveled and stayed at the hotel B for 10 days.
=> Your address for the whole duration is still A. You are not going to the bank and ask the bank to sent all the statements to B address right?

Exactly what the other poster mentioned. Address history means the places where you have resided. Those are not when you travel for holidays. It is not residence address.

Having rental address from day 1 is logical. Lots of people make pre arrangements while at their old address and start staying immediately at the new address.
I am not saying you said that. By your logic, then you have to mention holidays and hotel address as well. That’s what I meant. No need to mention hotels and if you don’t like the answer, feel free to ignore it.
