1. You can submit a copy of either CELPIP, TEF or IELTs ,, it doesn't matter how old it is.
No you can submit:
1. your IELTS / TEF / CELPIP that you have used for the immigration purposes
2. proof of a post secondary education done in either English or French (for example university diploma or your whole ECA)
And of course children under certain age are exempt.
