I am planing for immigration,but i dont have IELTS certifiacte.And also i read in Guide other than Ielts Test i will send "Officail Documentation of work exprience in english" if My employer agree to give the letter of my Language skill.then Immigration officer will provide me how many points For langauage skill. is it good way to apply immigration?.

IELTS, if your mother tongue is not english, especially if all your school was not in English or work and home language is not English. A letter from your employer on your English skills is probably worthless.
