Language requirement for visa

I have conditional letter from conestoga college
I have completed my B tech in mechanical engineering 2019 with 7cgpa
Now I want to apply for visa in non-SDS category
I have not given IELTS and gave duolingo for language test and scored 120. As proof of language I will also submit language certificate stating that I have completed my bachelor in English as language of instruction
Will that affect my study permit application or is that enough?

There is no strict language requirement for non-SDS applicants as long as they are satisfied you are a genuine student who will be able to follow your courses in Canada.

Officially there is no language requirement in general category. However, VO can still Reject your file on the basis of English Language requirement so it will be better you produce any source on English Language
