Language requirement for Citizenship

I have an engineering degree certificate and transcript from an Indian University, however it does not mention medium of study was in English.

will that be ok to submit as a proof language requirement?

If you did the test in the past for immigration or citizenship purposes, IRCC will accept the results even if it has expired.
