Hi, I am little confused about the language evidence, is it enough to submit degree and transcript from abroad printed in English, it doesn't mention specifically that the medium of education was in English?

Depends, which country? if UK, US, NZ, AU, obviously you don't need a letter that the medium of instruction was in English.

Its from Pakistan?

yes you will need a letter from the school that the medium of instruction was in English

One of my friends applied with only a transcript and diploma from the Philippines. It was accepted maybe because it is translated to English already.

^From one of the top universities in the Philippines, I am guessing?
Depends on the cic officer, if he is not convinced on the proof of language, application will be returned.

my transcript and degree are already in English, I don't have to translate

^Why don't you send it and see if CIC will accept, if not, the app will be returned, and you will have to do Celpip or IELTS.

I have did 2 year PG certificate in Canada, also gave IELTS when applied for PR. I can attach that copy or College certificate? Thanks

^IELTS photocopy is fine.

Send the copies of the certificates with a covering letter addressed IRCC case officer explaining that the medium of instruction was in English. I did the same for my spouse it was accepted. You should be good with your conversational skill during interview, if they feel you lack it then they may ask for additional certification.

And she also submitted her IQAS.

So they accept toefl? My education was in english. Both transcript and degree in english

Plus do u think i should include my benchmark score of 8 in all but which states for assesment only and training?
