Language & Points questions

Hi Everyone,

I am currently aiming for express entry, however I have couple of questions.

1) Regarding Langauge Score
I did IELTS and scored
Listening: 7.5
Reading: 7.5
Speaking: 7
Writing 5.5

On the link below there is First Offical Language & Second Offical Language, what is the difference?

2) My current score is 440 (Currently living in Canada and studied here) with my current language score. If I want few months I will have around 490 points because of working experience in Canada. Is that enough? or I must redo the english exam?

Current cut score is around 450 points in last invitation.

490 is a very strong score and you should have no issues. It's unlikely to go above 490 any time soon.
