Language Eligibility for Applying PR

My IETLS score is
Listening - 5.5
Reading - 6
Writing - 5.5
Speaking - 7

I am working as a software Engineer (Hope i will be under NOC A but sure) am i eligible for apply for i need to retake the exam?

Your score is too low to apply for PR through FSW. You must score a minimum of 6 in each IELTS category. You'll need to re-take the test if you want to apply.

Yes I think you need to re-take the exam, each band shall has 6
