Anyone here going to/enrolled in Langara College, BC??

I'm in the Fall 2016 intake and I already have SP.. I'm a nurse here in the Philippines and
I'm going to take up Masters in Nursing Leadership and Management.

For those who are already in Vancouver, I would like to know of:

1. Accommodation availability and how much?
2. Work opportunities as a student?
3. Is it possible to work full time before the start of the semester? (I'm planning on going on mid-July)
 
the accommodation is available at cost between 900-1100 for one bedroom apartment
I would suggest to have place in Richmond close to skytrain
