Hi, I recently got my PR Visa & COPR in May 2022. Have to land before March 2023 with my spouse and kid. The Port of Landing (POL) on my COPR is Toronto. Can i land with my family in Vancouver instead ( as my sister lives there) ? Also, can i do soft landing for 2- 3 weeks ? Is there any restriction on stay period ?
