Landing within Canada for parents

Hi All,
We have been working on getting permanent residence for my parents. Now, we have received a letter from CIC stating that their application is almost complete and ready to receive "Confirmation of Permanent Residence" Letter. The letter states to provide passport/photos etc to VAC office so that they can get a visa to travel and get a COPR. But if they are already in Canada it states that we need to submit a webform request. My parents are with us in Canada already now and what will be the steps. Do we submit a webform request if so, under what category. I could only find -> "Sponsorship" >> "Sponsorship for parents, grandparents living outside of Canada" which is relevant. Does anyone have any experience with this webform and after we submit the webform how do we know if it was acknowledged. If anyone had similar experience, please share your experience

What is CPCO ? I actually submitted a request on online webform request giving all the details(because in the document, it said if parents are overseas we need to submit an online webform request), but still awaiting for an answer

Have you updated their address to reflect that they are in Canada. Sending a webform indicating that they are currently visiting Canada and want to do a Virtual landing in Canada is probably the correct the best step. It may take a month or 2 to get a response and it will likely take the same amount of time to get a virtual landing. Your parents file will be put in line for virtual landing once they receive final approval.

Thank you. I had not updated the address because in the first webform, I had mentioned my parents were here. I will update the address now and provide the details like you mentioned. Thank you @canuck78 for your response.
