Hello group,


My friend was sponsored by her fiancé (common law)and they gave them visa which will expire oct 20 2016.She currently having problem her finance and he does want her to travel to canada.Can she land in canada without principal applicant?what can she do to enable her land successfully without the man present.Thanks for your reply.

It's not clear if her common law partner is a Canadian who sponsored her for PR. Or if her partner applied for PR and included her in the application.
