Am travelling with my wife and kids from HYD-LHR-YUL-YYZ is 2 hours enough to finish the check in and landing procedure in the Montreal airport so that we don not miss the flight to Toronto.
the flight is on satrurday night around 9pm or so.

No one here can really answer that. It depends on how many officers are working, how many planes arriving, how many people in line in front of you etc.

It might be a bit too short, I wouldn't count on it.
The landing process could easily take you over an hour (mainly due to waiting for an available officer)
I would suggest at least 4 hours to avoid missing your flight.
However, it's impossible to say because it really depends on how many officers there are available and how many people doing their landing, in secondary inspection, getting work and study permits, etc. Are there at the moment.
I would not suggest having that much shorter time. should be at least 4 hours. I recently landed in Toronto, maybe that's busy but I had 3 hours of layover and I missed my flight and had to take another after 2 hours. So be careful.
