Landing from US- New car purchase after Landing

I am going to do Landing next month from US(mostly by Air, just land and return) the thing is in December Month I am planning to purchase new car, how can I import new car at the time of moving permanently?
Is it possible? Or should I declare my current old car VIN at the time landing.
