This is maybe the dumbest question ever

, but can I land from Montreal airport in Quebec without any issues? I know that Quebec has it's own thing.
Yes - you can land there provided it's clear you plan on settling outside of the province of Quebec (e.g. you have an onward flight ticket to another province in Canada).
The address you provide for your PR card mailing must also be outside of the province of Quebec.
Show your onward ticket along with non-Quebec address and you will be fine.
I don't have onward tickets we are going buy car some1 is picking us up. I have Ontario ID + we have lease contract for our rent, is that sufficient?

This should be fine.
