Landing Fee in favour of?

I am FSW applicant. we are 3, me as main applicant and my wife and 4 years old son as followers. I was asked to go for Medical Checkup and submit PCC with landing fee. Medical Examinations are completed and PCCs are Ready to send, but I don't know much about Landing Fee. I think, I have to make bank draft 490 for each candidate that means 490 Canadian Dollars for me + 490 Canadian Dollars for my wife. But I don't know on whose favour I have to make bank draft? My file processing at London Visa Office. Can anyone advise me in this regard. Your valuable suggestions are highly appreciated..

You have to make the payment payable to Canadian High Commission in London or whoever you sent your last payment for application fee. You need to pay for only adults in the family, no fee for children.
