landing at canada for the first time

hi fellows,
i have just received my immigration visa and PR forms.....there are two things that i need to ask

1. Would i need to purchase a return airline ticket since i dont have intentions to come back soon and the visa clearly states IMMIGRATION?

2. Need a cheap airline from Pakistan to Vancouver, can anyone help please?
