Landing and Goods to follow shipment

Hi everybody,
May I seek your valuable guidance.

Me and my wife will land next month at Toronto and my 3 children who are still in college will land in March before expiry of their visa.
Now we are not able to ship our house hold items to Canada. Is it possible to ship the items later while my children plans to land and bring the "Goods to follow" FORM B4 with them and produce to the Customs Officer at Toronto Airport ?. We will only carry our accompanied baggage with us.
