Landed-PR card not issued - PMM, seniors please help

Dear All

I completed my landing formalities at Detroit-Windsor tunnel. I made a mistake of telling the IO that I will be returning to US the same day and the IO did not issue me the PR card. I wasn't familiar with this forum before landing and hence I told the truth. Is any one in the same situation as I am? If so please advise how did you get your PR card. Can I update my friend's address on eCAS now? I heard some one say that in earlier forums. Please help. I am worried

if you didn't give the IO a Canadian address for delivery s/he should have given you a letter to fax to CIC once you had a Canadian address.

Thanks for your response. No, the IO did not give me a letter to fax to CIC. Please advise what should I do in this case. Can I update my new address on eCAS. Please help

I just inquired with one canadian , that you can go to canadian embassay with the request for new PR Cards you will be permitted to land one more ti,e and get the PR Cards

I hope but check with some seniors
